What happens if I'm missing a piece or instructions?
While we strive to ensure all sets are complete, sometimes a piece can get stuck in the machining process and not make it in a bag or something falls out.

When will I receive my item?
We typically ship orders twice a week and provide tracking information once a shipping label is printed. Holidays, natural disasters and emergency situations can affect shipping and we have no control once an item is released to the carrier. If the carrier has you order, reach out to them for updates as we only see what you do on their tracking pages.
Can I change or return my item?
Yes, we offer 60 days for returns and exchanges of unopened product. If the product is open, then we charge a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees or refusal applies for product missing boxes, pieces, etc.
