Missing a Piece

We're sorry to hear you might be missing a piece from your Mil-Blox set. Before we send out a replacement, please complete the following steps:

  1. Check your building area to ensure it didn't fall or otherwise get misplaced during your build.  This happens to even our master builders.
  2. Check all the empty bags. Sometimes a piece can get stuck in a bag you emptied without realizing it.  Our founder is guilty of this too.
  3. Use the same piece from another bag. While our factory does a good job keeping the right piece in the right bag, it is possible for a piece to fall into the wrong bag. Look in all the bags and if necessary, use the same piece from a bag further along in the instructions.  For example if you're on bag 2 and bag 3 has that piece, use it from bag 3 until all bags are exhausted.  Lastly some sets have an unmarked master bag or the last bag is a master bag.  Normally master bags hold the larger or unique pieces, so check them as well.

 

If you still can't find the piece, email us at info@MilBlox.com and include the set, the page and step number, a description of the piece you're missing and your mailing address.  If you can send a screenshot of the instruction step with the piece circled or highlighted that is very helpful.
