When will I receive my item?
We typically ship orders twice a week and provide tracking information once a shipping label is printed. Holidays, natural disasters and emergency situations can affect shipping and we have no control once an item is released to the carrier. If the carrier has you order, please reach out to them for updates as we see the same tracking pages as you do.
Can I change or return my item?
Yes, we offer 60 days for returns and exchanges of unopened product. If the product is open, then we charge a 25% restocking fee. Additional fees or refusal applies for product missing boxes, pieces, etc.
